Initial estimates
Online or remote valuations are estimates only. Final offers depend on physical inspection, verified specifications, ownership status, condition and current market demand.
Ownership and eligibility
You must be the lawful owner or have authority to sell the device. Devices reported lost, stolen, financed without permission, activation-locked or otherwise restricted may be rejected.
Inspection and adjusted offers
Mechanize may test functionality, verify serial numbers and review physical condition. If the device differs from the submitted description, the offer may be revised or withdrawn.
Data and accounts
Back up data, remove personal information and disable account locks before handover. You remain responsible for data not removed before submission.
Payment or upgrade
Payment or trade-in value is processed after inspection, acceptance and required verification. Timing and method are confirmed with the customer.
